JinYoung Kim
Founder / Managing Director
Kim JinYoung, the founder and Managing Director of Regen from South Korea. Jin has studied and lived in both New Zealand and China, and has spent the last five years working in Vietnam. His fluency in three languages allows him to bring a unique global perspective to any project.
With over six years of experience in the artificial leather industry, as well as a background in supplying for the furniture industry, Jin has developed leather products for notable brands. This experience, combined with his passion for quality, gives him a deep understanding of the fashion and furniture industries. He is also skilled in overseas sales and digital printing.
Do Minh Cong (Tom)
Quality Assurance Manager
Tom, our highly skilled and experienced Quality and Production Manager. Tom has been a valuable member of the Fulin Plastic Industry Company team for seven years, working through an agency and spending the past two years as an assistant director. In this role, he has been responsible for ensuring the quality of both domestic and international orders, consistently delivering exceptional performance.
Tom is dedicated to continuous learning and improvement, and his years of expertise make him a valuable asset to the company and our clients.
