계정·데이터 삭제 요청
요청 방법
- info@regenntwrks.com으로 메일을 보내 주세요. 제목은 계정 삭제 요청으로 적습니다.
- 본문에 로그인 이메일과 소속 회사를 적어 주세요.
- 리젠네트웍스가 본인 여부를 확인한 뒤 요청을 받은 날부터 10일 안에 처리하고 결과를 메일로 알립니다.
회사 계정은 소속 회사의 관리자에게 먼저 요청해도 됩니다.
지워지는 자료
- 계정 정보: 이름, 이메일, 직책, 부서, 비밀번호 해시
- 로그인 세션
- 요청한 사람이 입력한 개인정보 가운데 법령상 보존 의무가 없는 것
보존하는 자료
- 거래 서류와 세금 자료는 국세기본법에 따라 5년간 보존합니다. 작성자 이름은 거래 기록의 일부로 함께 남을 수 있습니다.
- 이미 만든 백업에 든 자료는 백업이 보존 기간을 지나 지워질 때 함께 사라집니다.
체험 계정은 합성 자료만 쓰고 개인정보를 받지 않습니다. 체험 서버의 자료는 서버가 다시 시작될 때 지워집니다.
REGEN ERP account and data deletion
To request deletion, email info@regenntwrks.com with the login email and company of the account. REGEN Networks confirms the request and completes it within 10 days of receipt.
We delete the account profile, password hash, login sessions and personal data the requester entered that the law does not require us to keep. Transaction documents and tax records are kept for 5 years under Korean tax law, and the author's name may remain as part of those records. Data in existing backups is removed when each backup expires.
The demo account uses synthetic data only and holds no personal data.
