개인정보 처리방침
시행일 2026년 11월 1일. 리젠네트웍스가 운영하는 리젠 ERP 앱과 관리 화면에 적용합니다.
처리하는 개인정보
- 계정: 이름, 이메일, 직책, 부서, 비밀번호 해시, 작업 이력
- 거래 상대: 회사명, 담당자 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소, 사업자등록번호. 회사 직원이 입력하거나 받은 서류에서 읽습니다.
- 업무 자료: 견적서, 발주서, 선적 서류, 사진, 첨부 파일, 금액, 메모
- 돈 기록: 입출금 내역, 세금계산서, 카드 명세
- 내용 신고: 신고한 사람, 시각, 화면, 사유
회사가 별도 수집 앱을 함께 쓰는 경우에는 업무용 통화의 받아쓰기와 메시지 기록이 서버에 저장되고 총괄 관리자만 봅니다. 이 앱은 폰의 통화, 문자, 연락처, 위치를 읽지 않습니다.
처리 목적
거래 관리, 서류 작성, 돈 기록과 세금 처리, 로그인과 보안, 문의 응대에 씁니다. 광고에 쓰거나 판매하지 않습니다.
보관 기간
- 계정 정보: 삭제 요청을 처리할 때까지
- 거래 서류와 세금 자료: 국세기본법에 따라 5년
- 저장 자료의 이전 판: 90일 뒤 삭제

자료는 서비스를 쓰는 동안 인터넷으로 전송합니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 다만 서버가 일본에 있어 이전 없이는 서비스를 쓸 수 없습니다.
앱이 쓰는 권한
앱은 인터넷 권한만 씁니다. 파일과 사진은 사용자가 직접 고를 때만 올라갑니다. 광고 식별자와 분석 도구를 쓰지 않습니다.
쿠키
로그인 유지와 앱으로 열었는지 표시하는 데만 쿠키를 씁니다.
안전 조치
전송 구간을 HTTPS로 암호화하고, 비밀번호는 해시로만 저장합니다. 역할별로 접근 권한을 나누고, 비밀 키는 코드와 분리해 보관하며, 백업은 별도 저장소에 둡니다.
열람, 정정, 삭제
본인 정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청을 받은 날부터 10일 안에 처리합니다. 방법은 계정·데이터 삭제 요청에 있습니다.
아동
리젠 ERP는 업무용이며 만 14세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

변경
방침을 바꾸면 시행 전에 이 쪽에 알립니다.
REGEN ERP privacy policy
Effective 1 November 2026. This policy covers the REGEN ERP app and management screens run by REGEN Networks.
We process account details (name, email, job title, department, password hash, activity history), trading partner details (company, contact name, email, phone, address, business registration number), business records (quotations, purchase orders, shipping documents, photos, attachments, amounts, notes), money records (bank entries, tax invoices, card statements) and content reports. If a company also uses the separate collection app, business call transcripts and message records are stored on the server and only the top administrator can see them. This app does not read calls, text messages, contacts or location on the phone.
We use this data to manage transactions, prepare documents, keep money and tax records, secure sign-in and answer enquiries. We do not use it for advertising and do not sell it.
Account data is kept until a deletion request is processed. Transaction documents and tax records are kept for 5 years under Korean tax law. Earlier versions of stored data are deleted after 90 days.
Processors: Google Cloud (servers, storage and backups, Tokyo, Japan), Google Gemini API (reading photos and documents you submit, at locations chosen by Google), Google Workspace (company email), Resend (automated email, United States), Telegram (administrator alerts) and Popbill (tax invoices, Republic of Korea). Data is transferred over the internet while you use the service.
The app uses the internet permission only. Files and photos are uploaded only when you choose them. We use no advertising identifiers and no analytics tools. Cookies keep you signed in and record whether the page was opened from the app. Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are stored only as hashes, access is limited by role, secret keys are stored apart from the code and backups are kept in separate storage.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop processing it. We respond within 10 days; see account and data deletion. REGEN ERP is a business tool and is not directed at children under 14. Privacy officer: Jinyoung Kim, info@regenntwrks.com, +82 2 2209 0716.
