We specialise in synthetic leather, contract sewing and finished-product OEM. We find manufacturers, review samples and specifications, and work with factories to agree production requirements.
01 · Synthetic leather
Not just the surface.
We look at structure and use.
Colour and grain, backing fabric, thickness, feel, and the tests the product requires. We look at how the material is used today and find samples and suppliers that fit.
If no available material meets the specification, we review alternative materials or processes with the factory. Before production, the buyer approves the reference sample, and the buyer, REGEN and the factory agree on the inspection items.

03 · Sewing and product development
We choose the materials
and take the order through sewing production.
We settle the trims a cap or bag needs and agree sewing conditions with the factory. Knowing the product is what makes the right material and processing possible.
REGEN does not run its own factory; we work with the factory that fits the project. Before production starts, we set who handles what and which items are inspected.

Meeting the specification is the baseline; we also look at what you want to change in the product. Suggesting a different material, thickness or process before you ask is what we mean by ODM.

Purpose and requirements
We start with the use, reference samples, quantity and schedule. Where a specification is still open, we work through it together.
Samples and approval criteria
Material, colour and processing samples are compared to fix the approval standard, and quote and order terms are settled at the same time.
Production, inspection and dispatch
We set what is checked during production and who inspects and ships. If the specification changes or a problem appears, the response is agreed in advance.
Minimum order, development time and lead time depend on the item and the factory. Once the scope is clear, we check the conditions and come back to you.
